Whole Milk Block Feta & Crumbled Feta
Our Feta is made in small batches using the highest quality cow’s milk from local Vermont farms. We finish our Feta with just the right amount of sea salt to allow the flavor to come through. The end result is a feta that is moist, creamy, and has with a silky smooth texture. It’s exceptional flavor is a wonderful addition to salads, main courses, and even dishes where melted cheese takes center plate.
Block style feta is packed in brine, and lasts up to 45 days in the refrigerator.
