Our Feta is made in small batches using the highest quality cow's milk from local Vermont farms.
We finish our Feta with just the right amount of sea salt to allow the flavor to come through. The end result is a feta that is creamy, smooth and has a silky texture, which crumbles easily with a fork. It's moist and has exceptional flavor, and is a wonderful addition to salads, main courses, egg dishes, and appetizers.
Block style feta lasts up to 45 days in the refrigerator when tightly wrapped, and up to 1 year in the freezer.
