Announcing Burratini

We are pleased to announce the introduction of a new size of our renowned burrata. Originally offered in eight ounce and four ounce sizes, Maplebrook has now released a unique two ounce size, also known as burratini. The two ounce burratini is packaged with four pieces in containers of sea salt brine.

Food & Wine Editors Love our Burrata!

We are thrilled to be mentioned in the December issue of Food & Wine magazine. On page 28, in a piece entitled "Editors' Gift Lists", Executive Editor Tina Ujlaki wrote this: “The burrata [an ultra-creamy mozzarella] from Maplebrook Fine Cheese in Vermont is fresher-tasting than Italian versions.” It's listed as $13 for 8oz from murrayscheese.com.
